Come prepare yourself in this workshop to feel fully relaxed mentally, physically and emotionally to take on your summer adventures!
The yin poses will be seated and held for 3-5 minutes allowing us time to work on the tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep facial networks, and even our bones. During this time you will receive adjustments and massage to help you soften into the poses.
No experience necessary. Just be ready to let go of anything that’s been weighing you down this winter.
