Through Conscious Life Coaching, we will kindly work to uncover the opportunity within the challenge. We’ll be able to look upon habits and behaviors that have, at one point or another, served you (whether it was the healthiest or not), and then simply determine if they are still serving you. If so, how can we strengthen and compliment them? If not, let’s look at how to eliminate or replace them with something that fulfills the true you.
Some common questions in Conscious Life Coaching:
- What door is to be closed before the next opens?
- What underlying fear may be preventing movement?
- What karma has presented itself for you to kindly look at, move through, and release?
Finding the opportunity amid the challenge will allow us to develop a path specific to fit your needs and begin to bravely walk on it. If we determine that a physical yoga practice is going to be of benefit to allow flow on your truest path, then we’ll work together to develop a practice that fits your needs and your lifestyle.
Programs to fit your needs – Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Journaling (any one, or combination)
After we increase our understanding of where you are in your life now and where/how you would like to be moving forward, we’ll develop a program to fit your unique needs. Incorporating appropriate yoga (if it feels right for you) for your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical body; breathwork to create a lighter internal environment; and meditation to implement and assimilate the practices into your daily living, are all possibilities in our transformative work together.

Laurel is a licensed practitioner and advocate of mental, spiritual, and emotional health. Graduating with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2010 and combining this with her Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certifications and Mindfulness Education, Laurel’s practice has evolved into what she feels is most suitably termed as being a Conscious Life Practitioner. Through this designation, Laurel softly creates a partnership with every person she works with; collaboratively identifying the path that allows for an increase in consciousness, a loving connection to the Self within, and finding flow within his or her natural rhythm.
Laurel believes that with an elevated state of consciousness we can transform any feelings that come from a place of fear (such as resentment, jealousy, shame, grief) all of which play a part in illness, into gratitude and compassion and subsequently aid in our own healing process.
Any pain – be it emotional, mental, or spiritual, are loving teachers to remind us of our ‘separation consciousness.’ When we can perceive pain as a gift, it allows us to come back into a remembrance of who and what we really are; Spiritual Beings having a human experience.
