THIS SESSION is about bringing spaciousness to the torso andspine through deep breathing and powerful alignment in twists, vinyasa sequences, and standing poses. Connecting to abdominalsand finding pleasure in strength are also highlights of this class. THIS SESSION will address the habitually tight areas of the shoulder girdle and neck area. The corresponding pelvic girdle will melt with deep hip opening sequences. Largely focusing on retraining the neck for relaxation, this class will also include shoulder opening and shoulder strengthening poses.THIS SESSION will focus on back-bending safely and bringing healing to an area that is chronically affected by the demands of daily life.
