Practice yoga throughout pregnancy to connect with your body and prepare for childbirth. You will be guided through safe postures and stretches applicable for each stage of pregnancy, and apply relaxation and breathing techniques for a refreshing experience. Modifications will be given for each stage of pregnancy. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please consult physician before starting a prenatal yoga practice.
