2 hours of muscle relaxation, massage, stress relief, presence

In this workshop you will:
- Immerse yourself in your breath to bring you to the here and now
- Be guided through a seated yin yoga sequence. The use of props will be demonstrated to fully support the body to be able to hold the postures for 3-5 min.
- Be gifted the healing power of massage in the postures to help you release any tension
- Learn ways to practice presence to relieve stress, anxiety and depression
- Rest through a guided relaxation and nice long savasana
- Relax, restore and recharge mentally, physically and emotionally.
