We will begin with gratitude towards the breath. The breath will carry you through a guided, seated and supported yin yoga sequence holding the postures for 3-5 min. During this time, you will receive hands on adjustments and massage to help relieve stress and tension in the physical body.
Stillness in the postures will allow time to find what you are grateful for in your body- mentally, physically and emotionally. Giving thanks to even the parts we all have that are harder to love. Class will finish with a guided relaxation and nice long savasana.
