Self- love is the belief you hold that you are a valuable and worthy person. Self- love is not selfish, but necessary. In this class we will do a yin yoga practice – holding seated postures for 3-5 min. During those poses you will receive mini massages on your feet, legs, back, arms, or shoulders to allow your muscles to fully relax. We will share ways to help you let go of any self-judgment, criticism or negativity that blocks us from the flow of love. This class will allow you the time and space to fill up your cup first and then share love with others.
