Spinal Release Yoga is an accessible yet advanced approach to yoga: accessible because it’s gentle and highly adaptive, and advanced because it takes you directly towards yoga’s purpose. SRY is centered on a blissful and effective āsana practice of deep and direct decompression of the core muscles of the body, specifically the deep muscles along the spine. What is revealed is a direct experience of who are when we're not bogged down by our negativities, our worries, our traumas. This class is not about effort or striving, but about turning within, doing less and letting go.
