Dana stumbled onto yoga in 2017; she was catering a dinner party and was asked to join in on the yoga practice prior to dinner, the very next day she purchased her own mat and a regular practice has become a non-negotiable in her life. Always a student, Dana enjoys frequently attending classes, immersions, and work shops of different styles and lineages of yoga to ensure her classes are refreshing and ever evolving and In 2018, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training. Keeping students safe on their mats is her primary focus, while also encouraging self exploration, expression, and playfulness within the body and mind to help garner appreciation and gratitude for how amazing the body truly is, on all of its energetic levels. Being a chef by trade, where multitasking is a must; harnessing the breath and utilizing it as a tool has helped Dana explore a more mindful and conscious approach to her life and career. Dana also enjoys snowboarding, making ceramics, reading, and playing outside as much as possible.
