Through compassion, gratitude, and authenticity Kelsey strives to make yoga accessible to all. She completed her first training in 2020 with the goal of empowering others using the immense benefits of yoga through a trauma-informed perspective.
Many of Kelsey's classes bring a balance of both strengthening and releasing, that are coupled with meditative breathwork to provide a transformative experience.
In her downtime you will find her connecting to Mother Nature, spending time with pets and loved ones, as well as passionately cheering for the Denver Broncos.
