Kristen began her practice while studying for a degree in psychology at UMass Amherst. Plagued with stress and chronic pain, she found solace and refuge on her mat. She moved to Fort Collins in 2016 on the pursuit of knowledge and likeminded people. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and has been teaching since. She aims to empower students to use their breath as their guide to go deeper into their practice. Her creative flows are accessible for yogis of all levels! In her free time you can catch her soaking up the sun in her garden with her dog.
