Tim was an on and off yoga practitioner until a knee injury limited his abilities to run, hike and snowboard. Yoga allowed him to focus his energy on taking care of his body, his vehicle which takes him through this world. It strengthened mental elasticity and calmed the storm of his mind. Being a student of an Alignment style of practice, Tim initially enrolled in teacher training to further his personal practice then found himself excited to share the practice with others. There is nothing like the post yoga glow after practicing! Tim spends his free time meditating, golfing, reading, raising chickens with his wife and furthering his yoga practice.
