Mackenzie found herself on a yoga mat after persistence from her mother suggesting yoga can be a tool to calm anxiety and improve happiness. Well…her mother was right and after years of personal practice, in 2019 Mackenzie earned her power yoga 200 hour certification. She is open and honest about mental health and believes yoga is an amazing way to connect to your inner self to bring more empathy and peace to everyday situations. To quote the late Grace Lee Boggs, “transform yourself to transform the world.”

In her classes you can expect a positive, fun, and kind experience (but be prepared to sweat!) Everyone is always welcome.
