Ashley is a CYT200, Hatha Yoga teacher. She has studied different styles such as; vinyasa, kids yoga, prenatal, senior, and restorative. This invites a well rounded practice through the structure of pranayama and asana. Yoga has always been a part of her journey, though in college she took it further, pursuing a career in this beautiful way of life. Ashley holds great importance of safety and alignment, as yoga is a tool to benefit the body and mind allowing for moments of stillness and relaxation. Connecting her to the greater divine, Ashley has found peace, strength, flexibility, and love within her practice. She wishes to share her knowledge and growth with others, to inspire, and elevate the frequency of all human beings.
Ashley was born in Durango, Colorado and moved to Fort Collins in 2010. She has taught yoga at Raintree Athletic Club, and Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga. Then she moved to Northern California to travel and explore. She worked at a middle school, teaching students and staff yoga. Ashley then traveled to Hawaii, Arizona, Illinois, California, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado, finding new places and people to share her practice with. Yoga keeps her centered, in balance, and most at peace. When she isn’t teaching, or traveling, you can find her creating art, snowboarding, cooking, dancing, exploring outside, camping, taking care of plants, being a cat mom, and spending time with family. She is a student of life, always eager to learn and explore new paths that the Universe wishes to bestow.
