Greetings and welcome to Old Town Yoga! We appreciate you considering our studio and we'd love to share some things with you to help you get started with us. First of all, there are a number of ways to get in touch with us and we strive to be present for your needs and inquiries as much as possible and as best we can.

  • By phone, you can reach us at 970.222.2777. Leave a voicemail and we will return your call ASAP!
  • By email, please visit our Contact page and send us a message. We'll do our best to reply within 24 hours.
  • To Live Chat with us, look to the lower right of the screen for our chat box. We love this feature :)

Finally, to visit us in person, stop into our office from 10am to 4pm, Monday through Friday and weekends by appointment. Our office is in our Wellness Center just up the stairs outside of the studio entrance.

For obvious reasons, we want to make sure you can find us! The most important thing to know is that our physical address is on Jefferson St. and our entrance and parking lot are in the back of the building. You can access us via Old Firehouse Alley.

So, if you are on College Ave. heading through Old Town, go past Mountain Ave. and take your next right on Walnut St. Go to the next stop sign and take a left on Linden St. Once on Linden, start looking to your left for Old Firehouse Alley. It's about halfway down the block and comes up quick (if you go to the stoplight, you've gone too far.)! Turn left into the Alley and we are about 1/3rd of the way down on the right. Look for a big green awning that says Old Town Yoga and you've found us!

We are thrilled to be located in a vibrant and thriving downtown area and we realize that parking in Old Town is at a premium. We are fortunate to have a parking lot of our own with roughly 10 spots (not bad for Old Town!). Our parking area is on the East side of the lot. The West side is reserved for tenants who live in the residential units next door.

What to Bring

Fortunately, there is very little that you need have to do yoga! You will, however, need a yoga mat. If you have one, definitely bring it - if you don't, we rent studio mats for $1 per class. We also sell yoga mats if you'd like to purchase one. Yoga mats and other merchandise is located in our wellness center above the studio for as low as $35. You may also want to bring a water bottle. We do have a 7-stage water filter system in our studio but we do not provide cups.

Wellness Center

In addition to our Yoga Studio, we also have a Wellness Center where we offer Massage and private Infrared Sauna sessions. We also carry a variety of yoga mats, Old Town Yoga shirts, and some of our favorite supplement powders, HealthForce Nutritionals. The Wellness Center is located just up the stairway outside of the Yoga Studio.
