Stephanie has been teaching yoga and meditation for 17 years. Through her personal practice, she realized the difference Yoga and meditation could make for everyone. In 2005, after becoming a yoga instructor, she realized following her passion for yoga was a much better life experience than continuing the corporate career she thought she was supposed to follow. At that time she made the decision to only pursue careers that made her soul sing. She has been leading yoga and meditation sessions ever since. Stephanie’s mission is to encourage others to follow their hearts and find the space and the freedom to live their best life as well.
