Tess began practicing yoga at a Baptiste studio in Boston right out of college in 2001. She immersed herself into the practice and received her 200 hour teaching certification in 2005. Since then, she has taught over 3000 hours with over 350 hours in continued education in asana, technique, training and practice, anatomy and physiology, and yoga methodology. She has led 11 teacher trainings and continues to enjoy sharing her love and knowledge of the practice today. Tess enjoys teaching vinyasa styled classes that combine challenging creative sequences, instruction, and music to create an experience for her students that promotes strength, flexibility, and an overall sense of empowerment and freedom.
